Habanero pepper vodka shaken with puréed passion fruit and cane sugar. Served up with a raw sugar rim and cilantro leaf garnish.

Piña Colada

Tropical rum, fresh pineapple, coconut milk and cane sugar. Served frozen, topped with whipped cream and roasted coconut shavings.

Ron y Kión

Roasted ginger infused rum, shaken with fresh squeezed lime juice, grapefruit juice and cane sugar. Served up with a cardamom sugar rim.

Pineapple Mojito

With rum, fresh squeezed lime juice, pineapple juice and fresh basil leaves. Served on the rocks.


Vodka, cranberry juice, fresh squeezed lime juice and triple sec, shaken with fresh mint. Served up with a sugar rim.

Margarita de Maracuyá

Agave tequila, triple sec, passion fruit purée, fresh squeezed lime juice. Served on the rocks with a sugar rim.

Horchata Eggnog

Cinnamon infused rum blended with horchata, shot of espresso, egg yolk and condensed milk. Served on the rocks dusted with powder cinnamon.
